1. Please, read these terms of use of the Internet store iglusoftplay.eu (hereinafter – Terms of use) before starting to use the Internet store iglusoftplay.eu, operated by SIA PEPI RER (registration No 44103026983, address – Parka Street 25, Valka, LV-4701, Latvia).
2. Internet store iglusoftplay.eu means the Internet site, created by SIA PEPI RER, with the Internet address iglusoftplay.eu, containing all information and materials published therein.  
3. Upon visiting the Internet store iglusoftplay.eu or using the information on goods and provision of services, published therein, you personally or the person represented by you, if you are acting on its behalf, agree with these terms.

17. Upon detecting errors and/or inaccuracies in prices or descriptions of the goods in the Internet store iglusoftplay.eu, SIA PEPI RER SIA shall be entitled to unilaterally cancel the distance agreement until the payment for the relevant goods has not been received in the account.  As an exception, SIA PEPI RER may cancel the distance agreement in cases if the distance agreement has been signed with malicious intent or coercion of the other party, due to the lack of the ordered goods, due to the excessive losses, suffered by one or the other party, due to late payment for the goods and in other cases specified in the laws and regulations.

In relation to the used services SIA PEPI RER shall be entitled to send notifications, reminders of the initiated, but unfinished services, and other information to the entered e-mail address with the purpose of improving service provision quality. Also, SIA PEPI RER shall be entitled to send information on news, promotions, and discounts of iglusoftplay.eu.

28. Upon commencement of ordering the goods, you confirm that you have familiarized yourself and agree with the terms of delivery of the goods.

30. Upon commencement of ordering of the goods, contacting SIA PEPI RER or the person representing it by phone, in writing via e-mail, or in social networks, you confirm that you have familiarized yourself and agree with the terms of use of the Internet store www.iglusoftplay.eu and the provided contact data is correct.

31. If any of the clauses specified in these terms shall become null and void, it shall not affect other terms.
32. Any disputes, that result from these terms or services or are related to them, shall be considered in accordance with the requirements of the laws and regulations.  
33. All intellectual property rights in regard to the Internet store iglusoftplay.eu shall belong only and solely to SIA PEPI RER. In case of infringement of these rights, the guilty person shall be called to the responsibility in accordance with the laws and regulations and shall be fully liable for all damage, which has been or may be caused to SIA PEPI RER and third parties.

35. If the buyer pays for and receives the goods, ordered in the Internet store www.iglusoftplay.eu in the office of SIA PEPI RER, a printed document – invoice, supporting the purchase of the goods (hereinafter also  - the transaction) shall be issued or sent electronically to the registered e-mail address.
36. If the ordered goods shall be delivered to the address, specified by the buyer, by courier, an invoice, which is sent together with the relevant order or sent electronically to the registered e-mail address shall serve as the document, supporting the purchase.
37. The fact that the buyer has received the goods, shall be confirmed by:
1. Upon receiving the ordered goods in the office of SIA PEPI RER – a signature of the buyer on the invoice;
2. Upon receiving the ordered goods with standard delivery - a signature of the buyer on the invoice or in the electronic terminal of the courier/person issuing the order;
38. No claims shall be accepted regarding non-delivery of the order after receiving of the order has been confirmed by any of the methods, described in clause 37.

40. The PEPI RER SIA mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by PEPI RER SIA (“PEPI RER SIA”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

41. By consenting to PEPI RER SIA’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of PEPI RER SIA through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

42. You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with PEPI RER SIA. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

43. We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

44. You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to IGLU or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other PEPI RER SIA mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

45. For Service support or assistance, text HELP to IGLU or email info@iglusoftplay.eu.

46. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

47. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

48. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
